I very recently discovered the work of Stockholm artist Carl Kleiner, thanks to Share Some Candy. And I am just in awe of his portfolio. It is a MUST SEE. What I was most fascinated with is his use of inanimate objects, which have such amazing movement in their complete stillness. So interesting.

Hope everyone had a fantastic holiday. Over the break I stumbled upon a laundry list of artist whose work I had never seen before. One of which being Kirra Jamison who recently did an interview with Lucy of Design Files.
I am so, so happy that I found Kirra’s work. The high contrast black and blue backgrounds are my amongst my favorites when paired with the delicate and often whimsical lines in nature. Really inspiring! Visit Kirra Jamison’s site to view more of her work.
