Stop playing the also-ran, the other choice, the runner up. Stop playing their game and start making the rules.
Don’t assume that you’re second choice, a lesser cut. Assume you are the main squeeze, the first choice, the ideal.
Don’t play second fiddle when you can sit first chair.
Embrace your ideas, your passion, your possibilities and use them for the benefit of yourself & others.
Put yourself where the key players are. Put yourself in the driver’s seat.
Be a leader.
