such character and charm, oh my! pairing her need to imagine & create with her desire to be as earth-friendly as possible, this designer uses reclaimed and/or sustainable bits and bobs as well as select local, organic raw materials to make her delights. hand-embroidered and hand-blockprinted details make each item genuinely unique. you’ll also love her napkins, tablerunners and coasters that are gocco printed. Wunderlust_pouches
these little pouches have been on my "must post" list for a couple months. not only b/c they are lovingly made with yummy linen, have adorable patchwork and other sweet touches, but also b/c they’re made by one of my absolute favorite bloggers – Marichelle of heart handmade. just like her pouches, her blog is a pretty package that contains fabulous, smile-inducing treasures and features. i enjoy her blog’s joie de vivre very much! she views her etsy shop as the "ultimate work-in-progress" – where she showcases her evolving ideas and passions. (‘tho she admits to having very little extra time to craft or experiment of late. hear, hear.) keep up the great work on all your endeavors – your voice and ‘heart’ are very much appreciated!!

Catherinechandler_jewelry
modeled after seed pods, flowers and pebbles, these earrings have a marvelous minimalist, organic quality. to me, these are so very, very versatile – perfect for everyday or a night on the town. influences for this fine artist range from unusual plants to soul-searching experiences. once she has an idea, she silversmiths each piece one at a time until she gets just the right look – the metal speaks to her, and clearly she’s listening.
